6061 aluminum arms with a sealed pivot bearing for no friction resistance. Low profile design for added chain clearance.  Includes brake pads, low profile spring/ adjusting barrel, aluminum cable hanger and straddle cable. Works great for chainstay brakemounts when routed through the seat tube of the frame.
