Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
